Great build! That CNC cutter is nuts, I've never seen one like this, who makes these? I'm wondering how many parts would need to be fabricated like this for an x-drive BMW conversion.
Ответитьlook like Mr. Beast, but little bit fatest one🤣🤣😂😎maybe we can call you Mr. BeatFat. hahaha... Sorry Buddy.
ОтветитьThis is a great video! & was thinking u need a funny emblem FOMOCO/TESLA for the escape what will it be🤔
ОтветитьThis guy is so freaking awesome.
ОтветитьUn-Bee- Leave- A ... ble.
ОтветитьThanks for leaving the failed attempts we've all been there
ОтветитьHad to watch this video again, thanks Mr Dunn your videos are amazing
ОтветитьMfw you were looking at the spare tire thingamabob and I said out loud to myself that "this s*** is on the way, it goes bye bye" and then you practically repeated what I said almost word for word. Them good feels. Nice vid
ОтветитьPeter fell out of family guy😮
ОтветитьWhere is the next video?
ОтветитьSo, if the rav 4 prime has this same electric motor in it, does that mean that you could use the AEM control board in that motor to go from 145hp to over 400???
ОтветитьCheck out the Mack LR Electric. It’s a 60k gvw electric garbage truck. I wonder if components from that or the Battle Motors BEV might help in your business electrification. Also, Clemson University already runs electric buses.
Ответитьwow, you should really use some cutting oil when you're drilling holes! Also pilot drills are important!
Ответить900 hp and can barely make it down the street on a single charge. nice job.
ОтветитьOne question: how do you plan in insuring that electric converted car?
ОтветитьGreat video. Thank you.
ОтветитьActually legally you haven’t voided the warranty. It’s a big fight right now but companies are not supposed to be placing those stickers
Ответитьswansons tv dinners !! hey lots of us grew up on those 😂
ОтветитьHow can I buy this board
Ответитьsorry mate, I agree with the diesel bros and bras. Yeah, electric is cool and will do those big numbers. Diesel will do it all day slow and steady wins the race
ОтветитьYou say “I’m not an engineer” but your more of an engineer than I am, and I have 1/6th of an engineering degree 😅
Ответить“I’m doing this because I want to”. If only everyone had this attitude the world would be a much better place. Do what you want in your own life.
ОтветитьWith the right tools, everyone can do it ^^
ОтветитьIt's an escape bus
ОтветитьI just discovered this channel and your on camera presence is fantastic. Just the right balance of facts and humor.
ОтветитьI stumbled on this channel by accident and I'm hooked. Your delivery is perfect and your appreciation for crappy cars feels way more relatable than guys trying to sell us Range Rovers.
ОтветитьFun fact, the same Tesla drive unit is used to move the aerodynamic control flaps on SpaceX's Starship rocket.
ОтветитьIt's weird that this looks better welded and generally made that a Wheego
ОтветитьFascinating. Captain, this car-building species is strange indeed. Observe. An engine mockup. But no cardboard engine mount mockups... How very odd. :) I love this channel :)
Ответитьamazing project) very interesting. Thank you.
Ответитьunfortunately, the opportunity to switch the electric vehicle correctly to kW has been missed. So it remains probably with horsepower
ОтветитьI may dislike EVs but the fact that you can use EV parts to give an unassuming vehicle almost 1,000 horsepower, there's some merit there. And knowing electric motors, that thing is gonna have the torque to take off like a rocketship.
ОтветитьHave you ever thought about using the diesel engine to charge the batteries? I want to try it soon.
ОтветитьI wish there was a company near me that could do this to my F150.
ОтветитьWood gas suv is easyer.. no batteries. You use original engine.. powered by wood
ОтветитьWho manufactures the Lucid drive unit?
ОтветитьMeasure once cut three times measure twice cut once 😂😂🖤
ОтветитьWhat a waste of an EV system.
ОтветитьI have my in-laws mint 2004 PT-Cruiser that would be ideal for an EV Sleeper😮
ОтветитьMe jealous. BTW, that gen Escape had rear frame rust issues in the snowbelt. EDIT: yours look good. Surely there are a lot of wrecked Tesla 3 units, no? They can be had with the complete rear suspension ready to weld in. Much more compact.
ОтветитьNow a bigger pile of shit than ever before
Ответитьsuprized you havent got corragted board, or cardboard for your laser mockups
Ответить@agingwheels Speaking naturally in metric, good for you! There's still hope for the US.
ОтветитьNext time use some bright fluorescent paint on the parts so they are more visible / higher contrast. ;-)
Ответитьim gonna make my eclipse a awd hybrid. fwd single turbo with electric rwd
Ответить
