What is Racial Equity?

It means recognising we are all individuals with different skills and ability regardless of race while removing barriers to equal opportunity. It definitely does not mean mandating equal outcomes on the basis of intersectional ranking which is a prescription for tyranny.

It means taking things from White people.

Let's strive for equality, not equity. Equal opportunities, not quotas.

The Democratic Party believes that People of Color are naturally handicapped, and constantly in need of assistance from woke white liberals

If this is what equity means then Kamala Harris is clearly saying she wants distribute hurricane help to coloured people first. This is clearly a racist policy. But of course if it is a democrat saying it and it is white people that are discriminated agains it is ok. Unbelievable. Just imagine if Trump said that he wanted to distribue hurricane help to white people first.

None of this is actually what racial equity means, these are lies designed to cover up what it really is. Racial equity is taking from one race and giving it to others based on percentage of those populations. In other words it is systemic racism.

Why the ones calling for equity are the ones judging other by the color of their skin? Theyre the judmental ones, meaning, the racists

Why should we socially engineer a reduction of racial gaps? Why can't we be content letting each population group fare as well as they can without having to artificially prop some population groups up? Here are some examples:
I belong to an eyeglass wearing population. I pay for my glasses. Folks that decend from East Africa have to deal with the fact that on average they are not fast sprinters while conversely West Africans have to deal with the fact that they on average are not good distance runners. Bloodhounds on average are not optimized for being good at shepherding but they obviously excel  at tracking.
However you group different populations, you will find innate differences in ability.
Schools should  be celebrated for increasing academic gaps.  Smart people learn faster.

It's a way for lazy people to steal from working people.

Equity is codified racism. It has nothing to do with fairness, and none of you whining victims have been denied opportunities. You are terrible excuses for citizens.

Racial equity is discrimination and should be illegal. Equality is just, equity is not.

5,300,000 millionaires in the us. 8 percent are black, that's 860,000 black millionaires.

76 percent of millionaires are white, that's 4,028,000 white millionaires.

860,000 ÷ 43,000,000=0.02. 2 percent of the black population are millionaires.

4,028,000 ÷ 232,000,000 = 0.0173. So, 1.7 percent of white people are millionaires.

So a larger percentage of the black population are millionaires.

So percentage wise, black America is doing slightly better than white America on percent of millionaires based on population.

If racism were the problem, then why is there a higher percentage of black millionaires than white millionaires?

The U.S. population is 331 million.
The black population of the U.S. is 13% of that therefore 43 million.
The U.S. poverty rate is 12%.
That means 40 million Americans live in poverty.
The official poverty rate of black Americans, if you are to believe that statistic is 14.9%.
That means 5.96 million Black Americans live in poverty.
Simple math tells you that 34 million white Americans live in poverty, even if that number doesn't serve anyones agenda.
In other words, for every poor black American there are almost 6 poor white Americans.
Does anyone dispute now that they exist?
What do these people think when they hear about racial equity?

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion ARE racist. Dont give the person you choose the job because thier white and give the job or college spot to them because thier not white. Absolutely no proof that you were and are discriminated against, then there IS all this you perpetrate

Racial equity is joke. You want equity go buy a house then you’ll have some equity 😂
