Hey I have a question. Are there teams for different skill levels? I’d like to join a team but I am not super amazing at the game so I feel like that’d be an obstacle

Cant agree w argument that this will improve ur gameplay very much.
Rn we got only 2-3 teams that dominating all around dbd comp and no other teams can actually reach that point. Anyway, dbd at the moment exp not very good time for comp in my opinion, cuz enough of dbd comp community left it. About dbd scrims. If we're talking about 1v4 scrim problem is time for que. Even if u're want to find. A surv team, u will end up by 15 min que or more. As surv it took me 10-12 mins constantly. Doesn't know about dbd state rn, cuz i left like half year ago, so correct me if im wrong about it

Ye anyone who plays in that server is actual dog lmao scuffed ass game tryna host 1v1's. I face biggest loser noobs with no hands and I get shack + 1 pallet on main and they get 57 pallets around shack so close that they can make a minecraft house out of them. Nobody in that server is good anyway

Yeah ive started 1v1ing with my friend and its actually hella fun, i have just under 600 hours and he has 1.1k and im consistently lasting longer than him. I would be interested in comp if my friends actually took the game serious, but our other friends just kinda play to have fun which is completely fine it just means we cant really play comp with them

So the best way to get better is do a lot of 1v1s and do 1v1 ladders?

I like your positivity and enthusiasm. Why does comp players have such bad reputation tho ? The only thing ive ever heard was drama,child groomers and stuff like that coming from it ? Its nice to see just a passionate gamer that found a renewed passion for a game he loves 😊

I keep seemingly being removed from the DbDLeague Discord but not banned?? Joined for the first time and setup my role then the server disappeared from the server list a few minutes later. Rejoined then the same thing happened, help pls

How do I actually do 1v1s on dbd league server

I'm personally not interested or have the time to join a DBD team or tourney. What I would love to see is a 1v1 game mode that follows the 1v1 rules you have mentioned.

I never feel like I'm improving, even with my friends saying how good I was. I felt like I kept falling probs about 3000 hours in and couldn't get the improvement to come back. I'm still scared to click said scrim link, but I want to enjoy the game again...damn, I'm too shy :c

Is there any server where you can train only one side ? On DBD league you have to play both but I ain't tryna play killer on controller.

great video and well explained, as someone who struggled with dbd and lacking skill for a while it makes alot of sense. i started dbd in 2022 and reached 2k hours now, slowly trying to watch more "comp" Players because i became interested in Blight, 1v1s are fun but its hard to find People because i personally dont like joining some random Queues to play against People i dont know, but still a great tip - thanks for trying to make the Playerbase not only better at the Game, but also having fun while doing it - because fun should matter in DBD (:

thanks so much for this vid, my friends and i have been interested in comp dbd for forever, but since we were in OCE we never knew if the scene actually existed for our region - we managed to find the discord servers after a bit of exploration through the ones you suggested.

Something some people dont understand about the difference in mindset between comp and pubs is that you HAVE to be humble and willing to learn from your teammates, or lost matches, or even just 1v1s. Hourage or game sense means nothing for you if you dont leave your ego at the door. If you cant do that, you will struggle. You will get put on your ass more often than not, and you have to be able to take it and use it to grow.

I only recently joined comp and i have already been humbled multiple times, and i absolutely have loved the experience. If youre even SLIGHTLY interested in comp, definitely look into it.

the sad its 99% comp community are on EU and RU, for SA(me) and NA players, its very difficult find scrims, 1v1s and etc
