ОтветитьNatural or not, this back workout is amazing for width, thickness, and also strength. However, I'd recommend replacing the barbell row with a barbell row. This way you get a little bit extra work on the upper back and stabilizers,because the rear delts and upper traps aren't worked that much in this workout. And why do a db row when you already did a weight isolated parrallel grip row. I'd replace the double d handle cable pulldown with a wide grip pulldown because the lower lats are being worked way more than the upper lats in this workout, so a wider grip will get your lats looking more wider like a v shape, not a square shape. Lastly, add a face pull or some other form of external rotation, otherwise your rotator cuffs aren't worked at all in this workout. Weak rotator cuffs can increase the risk of injyry,and lead to less definition
