I'm surprised the cops allowed him to continue eating. The owner should have taken his meal & either given him a to go container or simply not charged him for the meal & that would have been the end of it

The server seemed like he had an attitude to begin with. That place has really bad reviews and the staff and owner have a horrible reputation for being rude, belligerent and racist. Also the cops will ALWAYS side with the business no matter what because they're seen as more powerful and wealthy whereas the patron has little rights or recourse. That place should bankrupt itself out of its misery.
