It's a very clean and well produced video. I was kind of expecting you to use a tracker for the soccer player as well (I guess, because you say you'll demonstrate how to track a soccer player), but this works pretty well. I have never considered using the same input to the foreground and the background to invert the movement. That's a pretty neat trick. I usually just use inverted transform tools for this. Vey nicely done.

Another Idea is to use a Fusion Comp instead of Adjustment Clip. ... then you need A mediaIn Node set as "background".
It's very convenient for colorgrading separately the footage and the paint 😉
