ОтветитьI can't do a pushup.... Even with the knee push-ups I can do max 6-7.... And alot of exercises had pushup variations got any tips??

Ответитьhmm. i wanted something i can do in a hotel. It was a bit too many planks. If you can possibly make one with active, specific, arm exercises only? Not a bunch of planks - not my favorite exercises. I did like the push ups with breaks in between - those breaks made it easier to finish. Will look at your other no equipment upper arm strength. Thank you.

ОтветитьThis workout is killer, but it says uppers body and with some of the workouts it’s hits the thighs, for example, bear crawl…
My legs are killing me though I’m trying to put my whole weight on my upper body..
I am screaming at 10s of one hand stand 😂

ОтветитьWow I didn’t think I could do this as well as I did, I’m surprised I’m not that weak after all. I couldn’t do the last low plank hold but besides that… I did everything without any extra breaks, damn. However - how does one do the frog hold??? It hurt in my arms so badly because my knee caps are digging into my bones, does anybody else have that problem??

ОтветитьThis is really bad, the exercises are too long, boring, bad for your shoulders and hands and the music is 🤮

Earlier my arms were not that strong, it was so easy for me to touch my shoulders (indicates having very less muscles in arms) but after doing this workout daily for 1 month I've grown up muscles and they are much stronger than they were, I can't touch my shoulders now:)

ОтветитьThis was my first time trying one of your workouts and I had to stop and pause so many times. The side plank section was near impossible for me, as are push-ups right now. SO HARD.
I've challenged myself to see how strong I can get in 2 years (no quick fixes this time, just consistency and trusting the process, even if I can't perform most of the routine now) and I am so looking forward to seeing how I progress - by 2025 let's see if I can master those side plank dips and reach-throughs!!
this is the best workout, i can do it everyday and not get bored
