Technology exists but public administration representative desire needed. This is the special problem here in Brazil. If some project or action don't increase power or money, they don't do.

With of spreader is too wide for that size of a crack leaving way too much overlap and waste of material!.. .

I used to do this for a living as the owner, but crack sealing was by far the most satisfying and profitable. We used to get 50-80 cents per foot. As fast as you could walk with that " hot box" was like ka-chingo.
