ОтветитьI made pnut butter cookies w monkfruit last week. Very tasty but it had that cooling aftertaste I did not like. Then I made a different batch of pnut butter ones w Swerve confectioners sweetener. I loved the cookie made a Swerve confectioners sweetener w no aftertaste.

ОтветитьI used this and it sends my blood sugar sky high I am type 2 diabetic and off meds I was shocked cause everyone recommended this product. My blood sugar went from 127 to 190.

ОтветитьThe sugar alcohols would get cut in half and added to the fiber. So total carb - fiber- 1/2 sugar alcohol.
