Can't believe this have been 5 years video.
I've wondered would it be good with internal reinforcement to be use as a aircrete clap as thick as 4 inches for 2 tonne vehicle to run over especially it to be place on the rocky and wetland?. I'm trying to solve a rural area which the government stopped work on the incomplete road building. It gotten worse due the pebbles road is lower than the side 4 ft. wide drain on both sides. If this could be a temporary 5 years solution. I could buy some time before getting the government to continue repairing the incomplete pebbles road which is getting muddy these days.

I want to blow concrete under a slab where the ground has settled, do you or have you seen a homemade system that I could build that would do that? I believe this is perfect to make the Crete but I need a way to "blow" or "push" it under the slab.

I get the need for 2 piece design (nozzle and tank) , but it seems like it would be cooler if you had built the design to resemble a paintball gun with the big tank on top and the handle on the bottom... you could even put on a trigger to make it even cooler!!!!

This is the same stuff used for INSULATION in walls!! My next house I build will be light gauge steel studs with AIR-CRETE INSULATION. Having a contractor install it would be more expensive than creating my own process and having my own crew do it. Already figured it would be 60% or more doing it ourselves. The beautiful thing about it is that it can increase structural rigidity while also reducing exterior sound and great insulator with MAXIUM fire protection AND no rot or mold or insect infestation! Between LG steel and Air-crete, the structure is as well built as I could think to engineer a residential home. The exterior sheathing will be a cementitious panel product as well. Interior sheathing would include non-papered drywall and/or wood panels (love wood for its appearance, time to stop cutting forests for ANTI-"green" energy windmill access roads and transmission lines and use it for its BEAUTY!!)

You could reinforce it with hemp fiber in the mixte. You take hemp wool and shop it to let say 1/4'' to 1/2'' in trow it in the mixte.

I used the harbor freight sand blaster. 50$ and it has everything. All I had to make Magic wand. Used air hose quick connect to hook up wand.

and also from your experties + experience tell me if we can make some thin tiles for roof top ( aprox one inch or inch n half ) as my existing roof has leakages snd i want to use these and plaster the surface ( instead of taking whole roof of and rebuild it)

Have you read "A Pattern Language"? It's a classic 'House / Building Design' book written by a brilliant architect; the author describes light-weight concrete recipes, but he didn't have your 'Foamer' =:^)

How did you know the quantity of foam when you use the foam generator during the mix please? For exmple, if the foam quantity is 2 litter per your mix volume?
