8 THINGS YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT MAD MAX (GAME) (SECRETS, EASTER EGGS, TRIVIA)

SUCH AN UNDERRATED VIDEO GAME!!

In the bio locations that driving to the east or north of the big nothing will kill you but going to the west or south will not but it lies going in to the big nothing at all will kill u

You don't see the world through the eyes of mad max when in the car because if you turn around you can see his face xD

If you guys go to the Steam Account, Familial Dysautosis, and check my screenshots, I found a ton of hidden cool stuff in the Big Nothing. None of them appear on the map. I thought it was pretty cool.

I'm glad WB and avalanche took over the game, if Interplay for their hands on it It would have been a disaster.

Props to the grandfather of the post-apocalyptic gaming genre, but the original Fallout was an isometric point/click RPG. There's no way that could translate well into the fast-paced skin-of-your-teeth world of Mad Max!

Actually I think it takes place sometime after fury road as it mentions imortan joe and I believe scrotus was or is one of immortan joes sons

Thanks mate for telling me how to go into first person with controller I use pc but prefer controller for this game and everytime i wanted first person i would have to press v not anymore though :D

Fury Road and the Mad Max game are related(sort of)
You can find a wreck of furyosas War Rig from Fury Road
So the game is after the movie but none of the characters of the movie and the game are related in any way and/or know each other
They aren't in the same region either
even tho there is the same exact War Rig you can find (probably got abandoned and someone else drove it there

The Max from Fury Road and the Max from the game ain't the same either

Played this game for 45 hours amd beat it, didnt know I can first person drive...

I’m Australian, Miller’s and Kennedy’s Mad Max is part of our bloody culture. And it’s true, although the developers did a cracking good job with this game, ‘Dinky Di’ is mispronounced. Any Aussie will tell you it’s pronounced ‘Dinky Die’
That said though, bloody good game

In the game, it's highly implied that this is a prequel to Fury Road as it references locations and characters from Fury Road (i.e. Citadel)

Not a secret or easter egg, but funny anyway: when you enter the car using the left door (like in US or Brazil) too many times, Chumbucket is gonna say something like: ´´I think you are not the Saint, I was wrong about you``

For those implying that the game is a prequel to Fury Road, I`m sorry, but nope...If you do the first side mission that Hope will give, you will find Furiosa`s War rig inside one of the tunnels and it`s already destroyed, something that happened only by the END of the movie...Also: Completing this mission will increase the ammo capacity of the sniper rifle because, you know, Furiosa had a sniper rifle too

Solid game, actually enjoyable and equilibrated, none o those modern try hard shit. A surprising jem like Days Gone

Does the game even teach you how to use first person mode? I found it on accident. And then I noticed that they force you into it at the end of the game. I wonder If anyone got frustrated after beating the game without knowing how to go back to third person.

Every game should have the camera thing it's so useful

Opening the game having you eat a can of dog food was a stroke of genius. I first saw road warrior as a little kid probably 20 years after it released and Mel Gibson eating a can of dog food towards the beginning and seemingly enjoying it was enough for little kid me to understand that these are end times as far as everyone’s concerned. Something that immediately sets the atmosphere of the world
