A computer science degree is easily better than maths and economics, as you already have the expertise in both programming and mathematics.

Summary:

1. If you’re in your age is 40 and above, forget it. Get a degree in math or economics, interviews will test your mental math skills extensively.

2. Read the book “Option Volatility & Pricing, Advanced Trading Strategies and Techniques” by Sheldon Natenburg, try to internalise 10-50% of the book.

3. Some experience with trading, open a brokerage account and implement some trades. Impress your interviewers with real experiences.

Who cares about AGE in Trading!!! Age shouldn’t be a factor at all as long as you are driven and want to LEARN!!!

No that is not how it works. You need a lot of risk management. Also futures trading is alot better to begin with as compared to options trading. And work oon your math skills (specially statistics). Lastly don't do it for exotic women or whatever. Do it for the rigor and your love to solve problems and analysis. You can be 40 and trade if you have strong critical analysis. Cheers !
