ОтветитьI love walking! I also WO at home with dumbbells. I’ve lost 53 pounds in two years and it’s reversed my type 2 diabetes.
I still notice during the school year v. summer break, my belly does change due to stress. Lol Not necessarily the students but the schedule and work load (and some leaders :/ ) I also sleep better in the summer v. the school year (again, stress related).

I've seen many people,and have personally had my diets undermined by friends and family.
Two years ago I lost 60lbs due to IF/OMAD in just four months, and then the holidays hit and family/friends/work would not take no for an answer when I didn't want to eat. Of course I gained it all back and then some.
"It's just one cookie. You can do one cheat day".
No, sugar and carbs are an addiction.
People also need to be armed mentally to avoid peer pressure, not just have info on what to eat.
