Translation is ALWAYS iffy. At one point, I really studied the Japanese literary form known as _haiku_, and had a trade-format book in which an original haiku was presented along with at least 3 translations by non-Japanese writers. The results were so wildly different I bought about half a dozen books on the Japanese language and then did my own best effort at translating from the original haiku. <and yes, Japanese is notoriously 'fuzzy', not a language that could be called 'concrete, specific', which is not an aspersion on the language, just a comment on how difficult it is for cultural outsiders to 'get' the culture and mindset; I've heard very frustrated comments from people who moved to the US from other countries about how difficult it is to 'get' American English>
Using AI for voice translation, with no reason to believe that the people 'feeding' the AI program are what the rest of us would consider 'NEUTRAL', is horrifyingly risky. I would not trust anything from this without a 3rd-party who also provides a text transcript in both the original language and the end-result translation.
And if the people running the UN start using AI to translate, you can expect the planet to be blown to smithereens within 2 years.
