My nans name was Alice and she has sadly passed when we left her funeral this played on the car radio and made us all cry.

Being my name is Alice and I was born in the 70's, I knew the original. Years later I was told about this version.

We went to a German beer fest in Jakarta. Great atmosphere, free beer, great German food, a Bavarian band and this song came on. We were Siemens and we'd invited our contractor.
We had both had a problem with our Indonesian project manager, Alex.
At the end of the song we were all laughing like hell as we'd all stepped up the chorus "Who the fuck is Alex".
