What an amazing job and riding you guys did. Thank you for sharing it
ОтветитьIt a fantastic well made vid, for me spolit by your behaviour towards the hikers. It sets a very poor example of how to behave to people inspired to ride shared trails in our mountains.
ОтветитьIt's on my bucket list too 30 years later on than my initial climb, next time on fs cyc engined e-machine, i rode up from the Snowdon Ranger side and that's a much harder climb in 1990 on a rigid Kona Explosif with rim brakes, 1.5 hours approx to get to summit and 16 minutes to get down the (Pronounced) "Cllanberis" side completely out of control brake levers touching the bars full on and we were not slowing down and i lived to tell the tale.
ОтветитьLand of the Gods 🏴🤘🏻
ОтветитьSo how long to ascend and descend?
ОтветитьLet’s hope there are not too many copy cats. The ways are rather for hiking and effort put into that accordingly. Would be bad destroying it.
And not even imagining hitting hikers…
And I hope that not animals were disturbed in there natural habitat.
سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم
ОтветитьIam so glad bike riding on mountain paths is limited to certain times of the year they are so dangerous to walkers
ОтветитьWhat’s a great ebike for $2000 for off road riding with fat tires used for deer hunting and camping.
Probably need A 750 watt at least.
What a bike to bring into the mix.
Awesome leading edge emtb adventure + great cinematics.
Way to go Rob.
Thank you!
What bike was that ?
Ps what was the charge level at the summit ?
Maybe someday will got some Ebike....maybe.
ОтветитьSorry Rob.. having just come back from Snowdon and having watched this video before and again after, you have missed out the fact that a HUGE amount of it has to be walked up and down. All your shots are either near the top section or bottom. The middle sections of the llanberis and ranger routes have near impossible bits. Bit of a fake vid really and totally un representative.
ОтветитьAmazing!
ОтветитьThey’ve killed telegraph valley after the rangers - it was such a great finish to the ride - they had just sanitised it when I was last there.
ОтветитьWow super cool video i been up there a few times love the place just never rode a bike up!!! This is deffo on my list buddy🤝🏼✅❤️👍🏻
ОтветитьWaw... Amazing
ОтветитьEpic video rob
ОтветитьWow!
ОтветитьIncredible video 👌🏽
ОтветитьLooks way too rough and steep drop offs way too unforgiving for me, but I enjoyed watching you do it.
ОтветитьExcellent video Rob, can tell a lot of hard work went into that and snowdon looked awesome 😎👍
Ответитьwhat a nice video. well done
ОтветитьI’m doing this in May on a conventional full sus , been planned for around 6 months. Great vid 👍
ОтветитьAbsolutely superb, after seeing this it’s on my to do list
ОтветитьAbsolutely epic 👌🏽👌🏽🙌🏼amazing footage, great video Rob
ОтветитьOne of your best Rob, you do cinematic very well👌
ОтветитьI loved the fact that you embraced the sounds of the bike rolling down the rocks, sometimes it's just feels better without music, wise choice would i say 👏🏼
ОтветитьIt’s Snowdon, not Mount Snowdon. Or Yr Wyddfa. Not Mount anything, Rob.
ОтветитьPlease do a video on
your bike collection 😂
Epic ride! Epic scenery!
ОтветитьDid you feel that the Rail was the right tool for the job? Is hike a bike not easier on an analogue bike?
ОтветитьReapect for calling it it’s native/correct name on screen when you summited! I’m Welsh and had never summited there before. I bought an ebike last summer and decided it was time. I took it to Yr Wyddfa in August. It was hands down my best riding experience to date. Epic climb, super enjoyable on an ebike, and the Ranger path back down was amazing! So intense and tech in parts, loved it! I can’t wait to go back and do it again. We also got lucky and chose an incredible morning for it. Great video, Wales has so much to offer for bikes from North to South
ОтветитьAwesome Rob!
ОтветитьCool video , amazing ride and photography , and amazing scenery , and a serious test of man and machine .
Thanks for posting .
Fantastic video Rob! Did you ride the same route up as you rode down? If so it looks like some of it was pretty chunky terrain in the dark.
ОтветитьThis was sick!
Ответить👋 Absolutely amazing and lovely i can sit all day watch the sunrise and the sunset and the most lovely incredible hills and mountain view. I loved it . 👍❤️
ОтветитьThumbs up. Epic video, epic filming, epic edit more please
ОтветитьFabulous 👌
ОтветитьOne for the bucket list.👌
ОтветитьGreat vid......as usual!
ОтветитьNice ride. Proper punishment to the bikes going down. Epic journey. Congrats.
ОтветитьRob , It is an amazing ride, what top 3 Emtb’s would you say would of been the tool for the job in order 1 to 3 ?
ОтветитьWow how amazing great job getting up there.👌
ОтветитьMorning Rob, ive walked this mountain, and what a day it was😵60 mile anhour winds rain at first then Sleat n snow right to the summit. Couldent see much views so I said I would be back again, hopefully in all her glory and see Wales for what it is😍fantastic adventure on the bike though so I mite ride instead of the walk😁👍🇬🇧fantastic video Rob, peace dude😁❤️👊stay safe🤪
ОтветитьI loved this video!! Think I’ll watch it again. Just love the big scenes. The filming and editing are brilliant too :). I’ve wanted to do this for years. Your Raasay video motivated me to go up Dun Caan - that was as epic as you said. Maybe this one will be next :).
ОтветитьAwesome video Rob. Brings back some great memories. I did this the other way. Up for sunset and down in dark!! Was a bid made back then. The emtb has just opened the door again for an old boy! Thanks Rob.
ОтветитьHi Rob & Jon. I saved this video specifically to watch on Sunday morning, over coffee whilst the ladies were still in bed. As someone hitting 50 this year with a history of challenges with my back and more recently family loss and dare I say some mental health challenges that have come with that, I see myself turning the corner and ready to find a challenge to focus on. This video, in all its cinematic beauty was exactly what I needed to see today, glorious, stunning and first class. Thanks. Quick question, you chose the Ranger path to descend over coming back via the llanberis, was there any particular reason to that? Cheers.
ОтветитьGreat video, I did it in 2014 on the Hai bike nduro pro ebike, I don't think anyone had done it on an ebike before me.
