Now that Twitter is being re-branded, X, it's the final straw for me. Most of "For You" content is not from users I follow. Though there's always some content I care about, the vast majority of it is insulting, deranged, tabloid-like junk that I have to quickly scroll past because it's so intrusive and offensive. I wish I didn't have to leave, but I can only see it getting worse.

If anything, this is a good thing. The less time that people spend on twitter, the better their lives tend to be. For those who like twitter, it's unfortunate that the leadership there essentially put a gun to Elon's head and made him buy it after he tried to back out. Oh well.
