I lost my original Nintendo switch a while ago and had to buy a new one. ( I wound up having to deactivate the device via Nintendo due to it possibly being lost at a restaurant)

I tried to transfer my data from my old SD card, which I was lucky enough not to have in my old switch when I lost it, but after transferring the data I got this popup message.

I don't have Nintendo switch online or anything so I guess I'll just have to start from scratch I guess...

Wish I watched this first. I put all my saves from my old switch on the SD card to move over to my OLED.. and bam..it deleted HOURS of saved games

my sd card has 126 gigabyte of storage taken up and i dont think im gonna be able to trasnfer those files into my new switch with 50 gigabyte

What's awful is that my switch battery died, and once recharged I get this message. Now I have to lose all my saves.

So what is this deleting? I just got the Switch OLED and don't want to lose any content. A Nintnedo tech said I need to buy another $300 1TB SD Card which is a lot of money to move content over.
