The film looks good but this is a terrible trailer, it feels more like a speed through for the film

One realistic aspect of this movie is- always wear tend to destroy east and loot!! Funny.

This trailer sucks. It should have been like a minute and half shorter at least, because all the substance is in the last 30 seconds.

Movie makes no sense because they can survive on the surface of earth but it’s still good

I have built a steam powered tank, this gives me an idea. a working model of a steam propelled city! The mud tracks of the crawlers you see in the movie remind me very much of the actual tracks made by some of the huge mining power shovels built by Bucyrus-Erie. I used to work for them.

It would have worked better if it was a TV series

I honestly don't understand the criticism for this film. I thought it was absolutely amazing, mind-blowing from start to finish. Cool and well-paced story, cool characters, absolutely magnificient visuals, really creative concept. Honestly loved every second of it.

ust watched it a while ago. The concept is great.
Maybe lots of people dont love it and look for a sequel because the actors are not the well known ones.(aside for Mr. Smith)

For someone who hadn’t read the book, this remains one of the wildest trailers I’ve ever seen

IIRC it's not 'thousands of years after civilisation was destroyed', it's about 1100 years afterwards.

It started out very great but just became boring by the end. They just copy and pasted a typical Hollywood CGI big battle ending and called it a day. Also practical effects are yards ahead of CGI but rarely get used anymore.

Nobody talked about this movie, had no idea it exist, showed up in my Netflix recommendations and I loved it start to end, how did I never heard of it, it's definitely on my fav movies list and I m gonna watch it again pretty sure.

This was an absolute masterpiece, and I would suggest even making a series out of it. Everyone will be hanging home watching it. Kudos to everyone who contributed to the movie.

The irony of this film is lost on most,
London is taking in strays and ultimately dieing due to lack of fuel,
But behind a massive wall that dosent let anyone in, they live in an Eden.
And London is the bad guy?

It's look like they where trying to bank on the success of LOTR with Peter Jackson and Hugo Weaving, but it didn't gain the traction of those movies.
The book series, Mortal Engines, is no where near as popular as LOTR.
