What I did to stop was
I slowly increased the days I didn’t fap
So like when I started off instead of tapping every day I fapped after 2 days then bumped it up to 3 then 4 then 5
And so on and so on until the urge was literally random like it could be I had the urge once a month or 4 times a month it was random and it eventually just got cut off so yeah it’s gonna take some time but not everything happens instantly
It’s kinda like exercising it takes a few months to actually get strong and build up muscle
