I just stumbled across your channel and I'm really glad that I did! I just hit the subscribe button and I'm looking forward to future videos as you finish off this amazing mansion. The work so far has been amazing!
What you are doing is what dreams are made of! I'm off now to binge watch your previous videos.
Bravo et toute mon admiration pour ce grand et beau rêve. Il y a dans ce projet de couple, du travail, de la détermination et beaucoup de compromis dans ce couple pour réaliser le rêve.
Bravo

mud room, shoe room... my fav is AIRLOCK
ОтветитьWine cave shrine. Put a tapped barrel in there!
ОтветитьFirst project in Renovation Journey: building the pool.
This is the way I wanna live my life.
I was very skeptical at first, but as i watched the changes in the video, i must say it is turned out very beautifully.Mad respect for the skill and job what you have done. The only thing what i missed is a big beautiful crystal chandelier from the celing in the main staircase part. Otherwise everything is very beautiful even the pool has a decent size. Many people building small pools which is rather a foot washer to be honest.
ОтветитьThanks Brother, simple but excellent advice for all. Stay Free everyone.
ОтветитьLooks fantastic
ОтветитьAn exceptional job and wonderful improvement by rehabilitating this monument. Bravo! Thanks!
ОтветитьFélicitation pour votre travail , C'est vraiment très beau ...BRAVO
ОтветитьLet’s see how long it takes before a mandate comes to house immigrants!!!
ОтветитьMay I suggest putting black trim around the white bathroom tile at the top. I remodeled a Georgian Mansion years ago in the USA. The original main bathroom had the same tile you have installed in your bathrooms. It had the black trim. It did looked better with the trim. As it is it looks, it looks like you just went half way up the wall and ran out of tile rather than planned it. The trim will outline it with a border and look complete. Just my observation. I'm not trying to insult you.
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful house throughout. And a fantastic job of restoring it. I appreciate the fact that you decided to keep much of the original parts of the house, such as the window shuts, since I feel like many people that restore old houses throw away perfectly good wood and other materials that could've been used otherwise. Keep up the good work!
ОтветитьAmazing work.
ОтветитьWhat an amazing home. Can’t wait to see the finish. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьI wish I had the money to do something like that. What a glorious home.
ОтветитьLove it ! Beautiful but please turn down the volume on your mic when recording so it doesn't distort at the loudest parts
ОтветитьBeautiful❤
ОтветитьWhen I buy a home to flip, the first thing I fix is the landscaping and the exterior.
If you do the landscaping first, it will have time to calm down and recover completely while you are working inside.
The roof needs to be done early so the rain will not damage any work you do.
If you do the exterior and landscaping first, the neighbors will be very happy with the visible improvements.
Your work may inspire others to upgrade their appearance too. Everything impacts the resale price.
Sell in the springtime when everything is green and in bloom.
That's when you will get top dollar/euro for your work.
The buyer will have several months to enjoy the property before the leaves fall and possibly reveal the neighbors.
Beautiful, but why paint it grey. Grey is so depressing. These buildings require olive greens, earthy tones etc and bold historic wallpapers.
ОтветитьYou didn't show the end result so it was pathetic
ОтветитьMan all that abandoned material and mounds of weed infested paver sand and soil and old cement mixer🤬, that kind of stuff is a nightmare sometimes if you don’t have a machine to deal with it.
That pool and patio are STUNNING! And at least it’s easy to move furniture in that place with the giant entry ways and huge hallways❤
Man all that abandoned material and mounds of weed infested paver sand and soil and old cement mixer🤬, that kind of stuff is a nightmare sometimes if you don’t have a machine to deal with it.

ОтветитьWOW! Great job. Price this house sold for? Where is located? Thank you.
ОтветитьMirrors in bedrooms are bad feng shui !
ОтветитьIt’s absolutely beautiful! I’m so very happy for you both!
ОтветитьBeau travail ... Congrats
ОтветитьThats one heck of a size kitchen.. whole project is amazing.
ОтветитьI think you mean a utility room or a mud room. great job :)
ОтветитьHoly smokes!
ОтветитьJust saw the before picture wow you are a miracle worker . Beautiful Reno!!!
ОтветитьReally great work!! Best wishes.
ОтветитьFirst time see your channel. Wow it’s looking amazing ❤
ОтветитьA corniche is a type of road. The word you’re looking for is cornice.
ОтветитьVery interesting!
ОтветитьFélicitations !! Je suis Australienne et j’adore ta belle maison. ❤
ОтветитьIn America it is called a mud room, but where the washer and dryer go is called the laundry room.
ОтветитьVery impressed with the transformation after so many years of neglect well done to you and the family.
ОтветитьAmazing Reno! Wow! So happy to stumble on to you two! ❤❤❤
ОтветитьStunning!!! Congrats!!!
ОтветитьFabulous work ❤ I love watching new life, love and passion be restored to old homes.
Wonderful ✌️❤️🙂
Oh my goodness, what wonderful work the two of you are doing. I am so happy to have run across your video. I paused the video and subscribed part way through the video. I look forward to watching all you do. I am so very impressed with your work! The mansion is stunning! I completely understand why the two of you fell in love with it as soon as you entered the doors. It was impressive to begin with but it is outstanding now, and you are not finished yet. Thank you very much for sharing!
ОтветитьEverything looks so beautiful but I have to ask why are the chandeliers hanging so low? I think they are very quite low. Maybe they need to go up a few more inches.. but otherwise… KUDOS!! Quite beautiful!! Good job!!
Ответитьthat is how it should be. Garage (the asshole of the building) should be hidden away behind the beautiful face, not like the American modern buildings where there is no face to the building, while the garage/asshole stares you in the face right in front of the building
ОтветитьYou do beautiful work. Im a restoration fella in Texas. Restored many beautiful homes! Albeit not as old as what you do, as this is Texas, not europe. Theres a special charm that inspires passion in the work. Restoration is also a lost art out here. The illegals came in and destroyed that old world trades passed down generations but theres still some of us around. I call us the last of the mohicans.. 😂
ОтветитьWhat do you do for a living and how much did the renovation cost
ОтветитьThe part in the beginning where u said it was bizzare to just have a driving circle in front of the house and the garage at the back kinda made me laugh. Yes, this house was built for the wealthy. They don't drive themselves - their chauffeurs do. But yes impractical for modern times.
Also the facade - the I noticed the raw stone straight away. That and the distance to the windows isn't equidistant. There's a weird sort of combination of symmetry pasted over a-symmetry that's almost confusing. The facade is breathtaking tho. Can't wait to watch the rest of the video.
Ah the rest was amazing. So interesting how they don't have windows in some rooms but you guys have still managed to try make the spaces light and airy.
Can't wait till its finished and grand. Also for the garden to be done up.
Aaand... I am slightly curious about those little closets under the stairs 😂
Well done! Enjoy your live. You made everything right. Greetings from germany Christoph 👋 👋 👋 👋 👋
Ответитьmagnificent mansion.
