How to play on EU servers from US (World of Warcraft Tutorial)

I had a friend in the usa make me an account but its still put me in eu in laincher but my accountvsays usa

By mistake, I purchased the us wow instead of eu wow so I raised a ticket and they gave me a refund

I have 3 characters in American servers, and i want to make it in EU server, can i do that and how?

for me, in battlenet, there is no option to change region, only version, above the play button. Is this the case for anyone else? I can only see taiwanese servers despite being in the uk. I've never played wow before.

So, do you have to buy the game twice basically?
