InstaComposer – MIDI Routing in Cakewalk

I'm trying the DEMO version of InstaComposer and it will only let me output the first two tracks to MIDI instruments. Is there anything I can do to configure Cakewalk's MIDI configuration in Preferences to get all tracks in InstaComposer to work? Help!

A bit offtopic, but how did you get the air Plug-ins to work in cakewalk? Like xpand2 and mini grand? Thought they were just available in AAX.
