My name is Greg Williamson. I'm a co-founder and president of Blink Mortgage. I've been partners with the Greater Property Group for about three years. My greatest hobby is dirt bike riding in the mountains in Alberta, with my best friends on camping. I've been in the mortgage business for 26 years.

I've been a mortgage broker for approximately 20 of those years. The best part of what I do is the thrill of the hunt. You know, coming up with new ideas to get more business in challenging economic environments and, uh, partnership with Greater Property Group is one of those things that helps. Grow my business and I'm really grateful.

What I like best is the creativity, the collaborative environment between us and uh, I would say the biggest one is loyalty. I know that you know, they're always gonna be there for me and help me through the growth pains of my business, and I'll be there for them. I think the keys to a great partnership is not necessarily for them to want what I have, but that they believe in what I believe.

And with that, I think we have a absolutely excellent values match. Um, I think our visions are very well aligned in terms of. Um, great, great products and innovation for the marketplace, particularly around technology. And I would say the last piece is that we both think big. We have a national focus, and we're looking to grow across the entire country.

My experience has been, it's been very fruitful. It's creative, it's collaborative, and my favorite part is the brain. We, take a look at what is the problem in the marketplace in different times of the market and create innovative solutions, service offerings and products where we both can win. I think what makes 'em stand out the most are their commitment to innovation, particularly around technology.

I also think that the way they view growing their brokerage, not necessarily on growing more agents, But actually getting more business per agents. The training comes from a little bit different style of fun and events. I've been involved in lots of different training meetings with different real estate brokerages and theirs are by far the best.

I think the other thing that's really important is their use of the unique selling propositions. They have mastered the idea of taking the problem, reframing it, and providing a solution that is in the best interest of the client. I think the biggest key is they really, really understand lead generation.

If we want to grow a real estate business in a fast, as Greater Property Group has done it, you've gotta know how to generate leads, and more importantly, you need to know how to convert them, and they're the absolute master at. Here's what I would say to agents considering a career with the Greater Property Group.

There is no secret that making it in the real estate business is an incredibly tough task, but I have seen it witness it myself. Seeing brand new agents that come into the business with their health around training, their help around lead generation and conversion. I've seen these people make it far bigger than most other agents do as a starting point, and also I've.

Teams that come from other brokerages and find themselves stagnating or find themselves, you know, losing some of their people, their teams join the Greater Property group and they thrive and they flourish and they increase their business. That to me, is proof positive that joining the Greater Property group is the way to go.
