ОтветитьThis should be the hell?
I mean... I love people and music... :(
This is based on Mexican poet Octavio Paz, it's a song about his poem.
ОтветитьThe lyrics is a poem by Octavio Paz
ОтветитьWe can sing and enrich one another to a stunning degree. (Or we can keep on bombing people with million dollar tools of mass destruction. YOUR CHOICE WORLD CITIZENS. Are you part of the problem or the solution?)
ОтветитьI thought with the whole round aesthetic it would have more a more stereo feeling.
ОтветитьI listened to this in choir today and I was left speechless. Its just so amazing
ОтветитьMi rendo conto che Gerusalemme non può piacere a tutti
ОтветитьI sampled this in a beat. This is so beautiful
ОтветитьAmazing 👏 .
Glory to God
This was the very first song of his I heard in my life, in a cathedral. I remember trembling, and when it was over, I distantly realized my face felt cold with tears. Distantly, because my soul was still melted into the aether.
Joined that choir. And the following year, had the joy of singing it myself.
Amazing work!
Ответитьwhat software did you use for editing this choir?

ОтветитьMemorising.
ОтветитьJust extraordinary. Those sorts of thick chords work in choral music in a way that's completely different to other forms.

Fantastico! How much work. Like heaven it sounds!
ОтветитьWhat a deathhellbirted idea.
ОтветитьHow anyone could hit the dislike button is beyond me. They must not have an appreciation of music. This is heavenly. His music is very moving, even the instrumental part.
Ответить8 years ago: "this is the future"
ОтветитьToo bad the program to do this is NOT FREE!
ОтветитьIt’s amazing. Each voice is beautifully
harmonized to make the most beautiful music in the world.
❤❤❤
Ответитьtoo bad it's not on spotify
ОтветитьIt is already 8 years before Coronavirus word was invented.
ОтветитьWow.
ОтветитьLyrics?
Night with the eyes of a horse that trembles in the night,
Night with eyes of water in the field asleep
Is in your eyes, a horse that trembles is in
Your eyes of secret water.
Eyes of shadow-water,
Eyes of well-water,
Eyes of dream-water.
Silence and solitude,
Two little animals moon-led,
Drink in your eyes,
Drink in those waters.
If you open your eyes, night opens doors of musk,
The secret kingdom of the water opens
Flowing from the center of the night.
And if you close your eyes,
A river, a silent and beautiful current, fills you from within,
Flows forward, darkens you:
Night brings its wetness to beaches in your soul.
I would love to see Whitacre collaborate with Thomas Bergersen.
Ответитьfantastic performance
I'd like to be a participant as a singer for Whitacre' s performances
Is it possible?
Beautiful. It looks easy but I know how difficult it is to film a virtual choir
ОтветитьMagnífico
ОтветитьWhat can one say? This is unreal! What a delight!
ОтветитьMusic is the beauty of the soul sharing in love. God be with us and protect us Amen.
ОтветитьI had the pleasure of performing this song my junior year of high school and it is super gorgeous and super powerful when done right. I love this song because it holds a special place in my heart. Well done all of you.
ОтветитьAn idea just popped into my head. - Eric Whitacre & Thomas Newman collaboration? Comments........?
Ответить무서운데?
ОтветитьThis is one of the most beautiful choral pieces ever written. I love to go back and revisit the transcendent beauty of its text and music married together perfectly. Just what I needed to hear tonight!
