How To Copy a iTunes Playlist to a USB Stick or Drive so that it can be played on another device!

Is there a method to play the songs on the usb in the same order as your playlist. The usb just the mp3's in alphabetic order. Is there a remedy?

I've trying for 3 hours to get these files on my phone. I literally just had to copy and paste them. Thank you for this video. I'm outdone with myself.
