Putin did something I thought I would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS see a leader do. In a warning to western leaders he gave a speech and spoke the truth of his nations past. He showed great bravery and earned a lot of respect. Any of the cowards in the west have the courage to do the same? Your nations have history's of their own don't they?

Must start by saying that I detest everything about communism, but guys, get a grip. Yes, Russia is an adversary but Putin is a stable, reliable, consistent leader who follows the rules of business and diplomacy. He is a person that you can engage with, but all I hear about is his demonization.
Perhaps instead of obsessing over the hate, you should instead listen to what he has to say. A good example is supplying gas to Europe. Are you pissed that he holds all the cards ? Do yourself a favor and take in a few videos from "The Duran" and then listen to Putin himself at his very long and detailed press conferences.
The strategy of the US and Europe diplomatic amateurs so far has only driven Russia closer to China. So swallow your hate and open a dialog.
