Yaptım ve aslında güzel fakat başka abs egzersizini yapıyorum aslında ve ondan daha da verim aldım büyük değişimi gördüm, bu egzersizi denemek istedim ve bana biraz hafif geldi kaslarımı diğer egzersiz daha da yoruyor ve çalıştırıyor bence yeni başlayanlar için daha iyi olabilir bu diye düşünüyorum, teşekkürler lilly , çalışmaların çok güzel ve farklı

Day 2:✅️ i cant even do the modification of the last one im that weak

doing this for like 14 days ive been doing hard ab workouts so ive got a pretty good body right now im also doing another workout with this one cause i find this easier
day 1: it was a little burn but im kinda used to it so didnt feel much
day 2:

im a barrel racer so i have pretty good strength and i dont like to give up im also a volleyball player so i do weights on certain days so please remind me to keep thus worout up by saying update thank you all so much

Hi I will do a blog about this for about three weeks. I will be doing this three times a week since abs are a muscle and if you give a rest day to it, it will most likely substantially gains in strength and size.
Day 1 ✅it was difficult however I was able to complete it even though I was dieing by the first workout lol
Day 3 ✅ felt sore still but I was able to complete it with much more ease

I'm gonna start this workout from today and let's see the results. I will share the results with you guys here on everyday basis.
Day 1st '7th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (it was kinda hard 😅 but still I did it, it is only 6 minutes so let's get it)
Day 2nd '8th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (I was okay yesterday all day but when I woke up today, I had muscles pain and that was when I found some exercises hard to do but i still did it)
Day 3rd ' 9th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (I could really feel my upper abs burning, it was kinda hard to do one exercise with upper abs in pain but was very good)
Day 4th '10th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (it was easy to do today. I did not had any muscles pain or anything. Just 10 days left, YAY!!!)
Day 5th '11th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (the exercises were super easy today. I'm getting used to it)
Day 6th '12th, January, 2023' : Done ✔ (the exercises were so easy today, just 8 days left)
Day 7th '13th, January, 2023': Done ✔ (the exercises were easy, I'll do it for 7 more days, as for the results so yeah I see a change on my stomach, my upper abs are fully formed and as for the lower, I see a change)
Day 8th '14th January, 2023' : Done ✔ (I see a change and the exercises were easy today)
Day 9th '15th January, 3032' : Done ✔ ( i see more change, seems like my abs are forming)
Day 10th '16th January, 2023' : Done ✔ ( a line is formed so the abs could be seen soon)
Day 11th '17th January, 2022' : Done ✔ (i can see my abs but it is not so clear yet)
Day 12th ' 18th January, 2023' : Done ✔ (my abs are little more clear amd i can do the exercise twice at a time, like if i do it one time then after 1 minute break i can do it again)
Day 13th '19th January, 2023' : Done ✔ (My abs can be seen now, I did it for 2 weeks but still wanna do it everyday because the results are good and i want my abs to be more tighter.
So this was it. I will still do this workout everyday to get a more better result. All i wanna say is that this workout is affective and you can actually get abs after 2 weeks.
