"Nineteen distinct manual operations"?? I guess if you count breathing and picking your nose. I count at most eight to get to third gear with a manual transmission, "finally under way," as opposed to two with the glorious Hydra-Matic. Any car needed to be started and steered. Ridiculous commercial hype, so funny and wonderful.
