Ответитьi started like in january or less and i was like a very hard skeleton and my legs feels tight and sensitive when i did the stretches for the practice lol, i did it daily and there were some improvments , like getting more comfortable and more , but then i stopped for a week due to school. I’m trying to start again and i feel more comfortable in doing the stretches more than what i felt just a month ago, i’m also having improvements and it just requires like a little more until i can do the my splits,p i can actually feel like i already can in my right side of my legs and i feel cimfortable but i had improvements and thanks for this. (i’m sorry for my english lol)

ОтветитьI remember the beginning of the stretch routine and it really hurt. I did this every day for like 2 and a half weeks and then I did this only 3 times a week. Im doing this for less than a month now and I can almost get the splits. At the beginnend there was a huge gap about 25 cm and now there are about 8 cm! But please warm up your muscles every time before you stretch! Good luck everyone!

ОтветитьHeyy! I am a figure skater and I lost my split a long time ago and I’m have to relearn them for a program so imma write my progress. (Keep in mind that I’m doing this 2 times a day)
Day 1: Wow my splits were really bad. I could feel the stretches and it was hard to keep up
Day 2: I can already tell you all that my splits got so much better!! They are closer to the actually splits now
Day 3: I don’t know why I felt like I couldn’t really get much from the stretching today. No difference between today and day 2
Hi, I have been doing this routine for a little over a week now and I have definitely gone down quite a bit but I can’t seem to get any farther down , kinda of like I’m stuck at this one height off the ground and I can’t seem to get any lower, could someone please help me?
