Better call Hoh Sis
ОтветитьFor anyone or contractors, FYI: Never use foam, it is basically plastic and breaks down over time, will not last. Galvanized or Stainless steel is the only way to go. Do not let anyone try and sell you just steel, DOES NOT matter the grade, rust never sleeps, and below grade there is always moisture.
ОтветитьCan field stone foundations be lifted?
ОтветитьDoes this work include a 50 cent washer at the end
ОтветитьHoh sis
ОтветитьHow long will it take for those steel rods to rust and break off?
ОтветитьAs a carpenter and former home builder, I would replace the damaged. If your floor is crooked it can usually be fixed from under the house, the piers may need to be replaced, because over time your outside foundation settles and your inside one don't, so lowering the inside one will straighten your floor back out. The outside band could be rotten and need replacing. In a lot of cases even if you did this it wouldn't fix your problems. Everything settles, and all foundations and concrete slabs crack. It doesn't matter if it has rebar or wire in it, it all cracks. So if there is just a small crack I wouldn't worry about it to much.
Ответитьhow much is each Push Pier?
ОтветитьI'd do it 15 times all over again
ОтветитьLooking for someone to do this in Georgia..
ОтветитьYou need to call HoH SiS otherwise the JoJ won't get done all over again.
ОтветитьWe’re talking $70k in repairs here
ОтветитьHow much does this cost?
ОтветитьLooks very expensive
ОтветитьHey tsin wTer collection use underground wayer.what about wayer diversion to prevent further issues caused by water in first place?
ОтветитьCurious why there wasn't concrete beams used in the foundation at the first place during the fiest time build, its a bit expensive sure but down the line, eliminates a lot of headache.
ОтветитьI can say I just had this done in Tennessee.. 4 piers 5200...
ОтветитьAnyone mind sharing the cost per square foot? Looking for an ball park estimation.
ОтветитьWhat if the next door , semi detached is not getting this done???
ОтветитьSimpsons brought me here
ОтветитьWhat do I search for to find a service like yours but in NJ? Thanks. Can you make recommendations please?
ОтветитьIs helical piers applicable to internal footing settlement?

Ответитьi just started working at a foundation company in the office, really helpful to understand what’s going on at these jobs!!
ОтветитьGreat explanation!
ОтветитьHoH SiS
ОтветитьIs one better than the other? Im getting two companies swearing by both... and im leaning to the push peir because it looks less invasive. It is such a strange scenario since the house has almost no damage but the sloping is severe.
ОтветитьBase Co? More like based co
ОтветитьCan they rust?
Ответитьgood work
ОтветитьYou want a job? Get in touch. I've got the worst you've ever seen. Guaran-damn-teed. Helical jacks (19) WERE used by the company the previous owner contracted and the symptoms returned within months.
As I mentioned, if you're good and know how to do the job the right way, kindly get in touch. Thanks in advance.
The material is good, but you need a different narrator. She sounds like she's talking about a party at the beach. Need someone professional, more credible and in the business to talk about serious issues like these. Foundation problems are no picnic.
ОтветитьCan you please give me a recommendation for a company that serves the north-west Chicago area??
ОтветитьI am dreaming of buying a particular property that will need a lot of this.
Ответитьdoing it yourself fucks all up lol.. that how to do business.. make insecure and sell
ОтветитьSo what happens if you don't fix it...?
ОтветитьSo do you first recommend an inspection from a structural engineer which could cost about $500?
ОтветитьThank you for the visuals. I never really know what foundation was until now.
Ответитьis this method works for lifting borepile?
ОтветитьWhy was this in my recommendations?
ОтветитьAverage cost of helical repair is 20 to 30 K$. The first helical segment has 2 cutters. The rest are just extensions. With this system you also get a long term guarantee.
ОтветитьHow to treatment bogland..
ОтветитьCan this technique of lifting a distorted settlement, be used for a masonary structure that is 200 plus years old ??
ОтветитьShe is WAY too positive talking about this lol
