I’m glad Fontaine is so much fun to explore, took a 6-8 month break and came back and I’m back to being addicted to the game, just wish they had a little bit more out of 4.0

i feel like im the only one who likes the desert 😭 i have 100% on every region... can't lie it did get boring because of how little the rewards were compared to the effort they required. but now i kill 2 slimes and get an exquisite chest in fontaine🎉🎉

i feel like fontaine is a mix of Britain (how fontaine has remnants of different regions like enkanomiya, sumeru pillars, inazuma ritual thing? etc... (there is a joke about how the british muesum takes the artefacts and presents it there or so i have heard) and food item called "fish and chips" oh and how people kept saying during the livestream the that music reminded of Hogwarts harry potter) and france some italy (lasagna is a food item in genshin)

I don't think that's a good thing, in the long run. Its not a game meant to be speed run. People do this and then just spend the rest of the yearcomplaining about no content.

Ngl fontaine is the coziest and the best place to explore like its fr so good. Desert is more like a stressful and confusing journey which i didnt like lmao

Imo, Fontaine's world quests have been the absolute best so far. It all being interconnected with the land, the Melusines, the Abyss, Alain Guillotin. I even felt vaguely emotional (I'm usually not very empathetic) when finishing Mary-Ann's quest, thinking about those long dead people and their complicated relationships. I hope they continue this storyline. I'm still curious about whether we'll ever "meet" Rene or find about what exactly happened to Carter.
The music and atmosphere in these places was absolutely top notch as well.

You're not alone!! The first time i went in the water i saw one of those ring puzzles. Got it through the first ring and then was very confused. I saw the second ring but was really dumb i guess. Turns out i needed to break a rock a ways away that opened up a current.
