Tuskarr rep is mainly from the soup cooking event in Iskaara. It's on a 2 1/2 or 3 hourly cycle. Wowhead front page has a timer. It's a 15 minute event of craziness that grants lots of rep and once a week will also give you loot. There're also 2 fishing holes that have daily quests. One is always in Waking Shores - it should be on your map.
They abandoned dailies because they wanted to remove the grind that made people feel they HAD to log in every day. The world quests only change every 3 and a half days - again to remove that grindy feel.

There are 4 weekly reward events - The soup in Azure Span, the assault on Dragonbane Keep in Waking Shores (every 2 hours) , the Great Hunt that moves in all 4 zones (and I have no idea of time but it seems to eb up all the time somewhere), and the major quest picked up in Valdrakken opposite the stairs leading up to the portals. All will give bunches of rep and also item rewards. The three zone quests are repeatable for rep and lesser rewards and Wowhead updates their front page with times and location.

You should also fill out your dragon riding tree by collecting - and spending the glyphs :)

I do understand feeling the need to race change. This expansion seems to have a lot more BIG stuff that you get to look up at and scroll out to really see. Makes sense with focus on dragons and giants and such.

Nice to see you playing Draenei enhance shaman. It’s been one of my favourites for a long time. One thing that may help your dps in instances is to use your ghost wolf more to keep up and get to packs quickly. Also feral lunge is great to jump into a group and get into melee range.

I don't know why, but I have a real issue with the great bulk of the Retail voice-work. Something about it just really grates on my nerves.
