So let me get this straight! If I break this way, this ball might do something or it might not! and if I'm consistent, it might go here or it might not! "Did you see how it nearly happened" Nope! you have absolutely no clue. The odds on potting a ball on an American table are pretty high, because the pockets are like buckets and they have straight sides. After your first prediction went wrong entirely I zoned out, sorry.
ОтветитьWould it be the same concept if you break from the left side as a right handed person? Personally it’s easier for me for some reason.
ОтветитьHow do you get so much power with your backspin without jumping the cue ball up?
ОтветитьWhat adjustments did u make to focus on the second row and the last row on the cue ball from the classic break?
Ответитьclown
ОтветитьMan Lil Chris I have been waiting on you to do a video on this I have needed help with my break and this video has helped thank you so much for what you do
ОтветитьThanks! 2 minutes of this video made my breaks 3 times as good!
ОтветитьFinally Got The Predator Break App So I Can Work On My Breaking Speed!!!!
ОтветитьI'm curious about your choice of which side to break from. I'm left handed and I break from the same side as you because it's a little more mechanically efficient in terms of effort >> power so I have a little more control. Why do you break from the opposite side?
ОтветитьClassic break:
CB at the intersection of SR1 and LR2.
1 tip below center
Aim at the CB center
Is There Another App Other Than Predator Break Speed Because My Android Is Not Supported By Predator??
ОтветитьThe very first time I pit the 8 ball in on the break was awesome. I had just turned 21 and went to this bar and the bartender said before newbies played They had to put 2 bucks into the pot. I wasn't even sure what she was talking about.. but I went with it. The guy wracked em and I broke and the 8 ball went in. The dude in was Playing with was so happy for me and like 3.people were cheering.. I still didn't know why lol.. turns out whatbthe pot was for any first time person at that bar who made an 8 ball on the break. I was already so happy that I made it that i didn't realise the bartender was handing me money... the pot was 175 bucks!!! Lol. This was the 80s and that was half my rent back then lolol.. it was freaking great
ОтветитьI See Why You And Other's Use The Type Of Rack In Your Videos!!!! I Bought The Turtle Rack And I See The Difference And Love It!!!!
ОтветитьHi Chris! Great lesson! Thank you! Does this information work when playing on a 7Foot Table and is the cue ball placed in the same locations you illustrated on your table?
ОтветитьThanks Chris, hope to use this knowledge against my friends now
ОтветитьWould be interested in seeing a video on head break. From about 1 1/2 dots in full follow through to the table with the cue.
ОтветитьBạn chơi bi da thật hay
ОтветитьTo be honest I thought it was all luck, chance. Brilliant explanation, great video, one I'll bookmark too.🤩
ОтветитьWhat cue do you have and tip siZe? You explain this better than anybody else!! Thank you
Ответитьwhat size table are you using?
Ответитьthanks pool dad.
ОтветитьAnywhere behind the dot is legal
ОтветитьIf they are fans of Villar it hurts, I like the comment
ОтветитьExcellent. I'm a decent amateur player looking to move up a notch and really appreciate your step-by-step instruction. Ignore the boneheaded trolls out there. You're good at what you do!
ОтветитьWell, I be damn. Wow
ОтветитьTotally a big help.. Thank u. Did 10 breaks of each and while I found the "classic" was a safer, because the margin of error was higher on the "8 ball" break, I still favored the 8 ball style cuz it sunk the 8 2 times out of my 10 breaks and who doesn't enjoy that feeling? Rad vid. Short and sweet. Helped me understand breaks better. Following now, keep it up
ОтветитьI'm right handed. Breaking from the left feels awkward. I feel more comfortable from the right.
ОтветитьWhat city you from. And pool halls do you play at? .
ОтветитьInteresting and useful. Thanks!
ОтветитьA silly question. What size table are you playing on in this video?
Ответитьfirst time viewer. Great video
ОтветитьIt's Now My Standard Break!!!!
ОтветитьRepeating for both sides was annoying, the rest was good
ОтветитьThat slow motion 8 ball sink has me watching over and over, lol.
Ответитьwill this work if you like to break off the rail and place the ball 1 diamond in and 1 diamond down instead of 2 diamonds down?
ОтветитьFinally a player that teaches.
ОтветитьHey Chris, Been watching your videos and what I do really enjoy is the easy details of the explanation shoots. My game has improved I would like to increase my Fargo rate by another 100 points hopefully learning from your teachings.
Walter.
Which break cue do you like more and why.. that predator cue in the video or J Flowers break cue?
ОтветитьI watched this yesterday, then played pool last night and successfully pulled off both techniques on the first try. Literally did a victory lap around the place when I broke that 8-ball in. Thanks!!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьDo you use shaft aiming , based on the angle of the shot ?
ОтветитьDo you use a separate cue for your breaks?
ОтветитьI am going to use the 8 ball break in league play tomorrow night ! Thanks for the lesson Chris !
ОтветитьI just realized you have a Hunter XC indoor controller, and Hunter Wireless Rain Clik rain sensor behind you.
It's what I sell so I got distracted.
Good video though dude!
yoooooooooooooooooooooo its that a golden brake
ОтветитьThank you Chris. As soon as I finished watching the video, I went to our table and, using a classic break, made 2 balls on each of 3 breaks. Having watched many videos on breaking, you're the first one to actually give us an aim point in the rack.
ОтветитьI'm a SL 6 in my local APA league. Playing another 6 this evening, made it 4-4 from 2-4. Then I remember Chris said doing 8 ball break when on hill. I did it and got my first APA 8 on break lol.
ОтветитьHmm, I used to break from 1 diamond over and 2 diamonds down, and break across the lead ball. This would send the Q ball into the rail and back into the rack. Pretty much the same as you do by hitting the second ball down in the rack. Never thought about hitting the second ball with some back spin, but it does the same thing. Never got into electronic games because shooting pool was far more challenging....
ОтветитьWell I'll be trying this later this evening. I've been going 1 1/2 diamonds to the right and hitting the cue ball high trying to drive it through the center mass. Whoops.
