what's the outlook for scar tissue that came from a muscle tear? I injured my forearm (medial side) multiple times and want to know if I'm gonna be able to one day use it like a normal person again without reinjuring it easily (for example, for using the computer, sports, etc.).

Do you have a video that addresses muscle trauma that has scared and atrophied?
After a hip Replacment and pelvis fabrication through 3 Reconsteuctive surgeries from an accident the hips, tensor/rectus muscles have scarred into long thick rolls. With self physical therapy I’ve been able to strengthen my leg so I can lift and walk up the stairs and doing resistance training, message, and tens to work it out while doing resistance Pilates. I’m working toward the goal of yoga but want to get my leg to the point in which I can do some of the more common stretches and positions without weakness or self adjusting with hands. How do I break that heavily scarred leg muscle up?

I believe the level of original atrophy is called sarcopenia similar to what elderly contend with except a massive amount of scarring. Also had a life threatening MRSA infection in these same muscles. Taken almost a decade to walk again. Any advise in accelerating self treatment is appreciated.

This helps me so much with dystonia and the knots that come with it.

Is there a TMJ tool as well!

I have two questions: can this be used on capsulitis of the shoulder and can this be used for stiff muscles you may still have after elbow fracture that the radius healed? I'm still doing at home exercise but still have sore area.

Doesn't a massage gun do the same thing as these tools?

Years back, my healthy husband developed a fever and a lump on his breastbone. We went to an MD who literally said, take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning. After going into the hallway and loudly demanding to immediately see another doctor, who also had nothing of value to offer, I took him to my chiropractor. He told me some foods and supplements to give my husband. He only improved slightly. After 2 weeks, I let my father in law know. He came over with some old silver coins and Chinese oils, like white flower oil. He scratched my husband's back up and put the oils on and then applied suction cups. He got better about a week later.

Thank you Dr. Lin! I have the Achedaway Pro massage gun, you think this can do something that I can't really do with the massage gun?
