I make the vanilla one but with Splenda… probably not as healthy as Maple Syrup but I don’t like Maple Syrup in anything but waffles and pancakes.

There was a food truck at Colorado State University in 2013 that sold this soft serve, though she had other flavors that included peach mango and pineapple with the banana base. She also did pumpkin for the holidays and during summer she made soft serve with watermelon as an alternative option to the banana. This truck was Banomanom.

My bananas came out brown from freezer. I followed recipe exactly as is for vanilla and it came out watery. I’m not sure why. Going to freeze it and see how it comes out.

How do I get all of the ice cream out from the blades at the bottom? I always have a problem with that no matter what I’m blending. It’s frustrating because I’m wasting some of the food trying to get it out from the blades.

When it's frozen, don't you get ice crystals in the ice cream? I made ice cream myself and that was the problem I had.
