How to activate the Lift in Underdark's Arcane Tower in Baldur's Gate 3

took you nearly five minutes.. this could have been done in less than 1 and still had all relavant content.Anywayy, an objectively better way to do it is to have one character with reasonable strength jump down using fungi on the left side of the tower while the rest of the party stand by the open window next to the "front door" on the third floor. The jumping character jumps all the way down to the basement, pick up a pettle, drop it into the generator and all turrets power down. Party can now jump through the window without getting shot. Remember to pick up machine parts from crates. To meet up with the jumper just descend one floor and have that toon ascend one floor and loot from there going upwards.

ty vm, i have used astarion for the very first time just because of his extra movement to have an easier access.

i failed roll at his blood sucking event during ea more than i count, his arrogant behavior after killing me made me hate him, thats why i decided to not have him in my party/not use him during playthrough xD
