James Franco is the one of the greatest Actor with fine expression in Hollywood ever lived!!! His Eyes, they never eye. I can sense the love for Isolde he hold & This makes this movie was the most Underrated yet Absolutely perfect Romantic filmed made after Titanic. Isolde was so beautiful but sometimes fate is not behold the road with your Desire. Life is Nature and Love is natural. Remember fellas Men First love is his last love and if he dont have her the moment his soul died. Gosh Sophie & James will be a killer couple in real life. Hollywood planned so much for him but sometimes....

To bad to flod a possible history with alll this satanic emotion of the present. It's the product of brainwash.

What a world, where an epic romantic drama film set in the Middle Ages uses "Going Under" in the trailer 😂

what i cherish in this movie is the well-mannered, respectful and so loving character of Lord Marke, his love for Tristan , he protected him raised him as his own son, even he loved Tristan more than his own biological son. And what amazes me most is that even after he caught them together cheating, his feelings and love for Tristan didn't change. wow what a personality. its rare to find such a honorable man. even in a true pure friendship. Tristian and Isolde love is true and genuine.

This is crazy good! All the looks the two lovers give each other, wow tension! 😍

To love as them or nothing at all if not possible...

The movie is good even if the love triangle is not easily bearable. Dialogues are good, acting are good but the main value of that movie is found in the fighting abilities of Tristan. From his childhood the movie shows us that he's a promising fighter and the good point I will give to the authors is that they succeeded to prove that by crediting their main character with a highly rare fighting technique. Those who has seen how Tristan defeated his opponents know what I'm talking about (many times movies promise us beautiful thing but fail totally to keep their words). That was really beautiful but sadly we don't have so much scenes to appreciate that and they were too much cuts during those fighting scenes. I enjoyed the movie but authors suffered lack of inspiration on some points.

Listen to the opera. It didn't need to be made into a film, the opera is already the highest art form this story will ever achieve.

Before this movie came out I watched the trailer on the website everyday, multiple times. And then when the movie came out in theaters I saw it 3 times, and then when it came out on dvd I bought 2 copies. I was obsessed!

Thank goodness I didn’t watch the trailer before seeing the movie (which was a great movie) because the trailer literally spoils the whole movie lmao. Feel like I just watched it again basically.

All this movie shows you is what happens when people don’t communicate properly..

Tristan and Isolde’s love is the kind of love we hope to find in our lifetime. If ever so lucky hold him/her so tight and never let go. 😍
