Those look so good on you. This is exactly what I am wanting to do and I have a natural curl that is a little more dramatic that a wave but not quite "curly". I'm sure if i did the "curly girl method" then I'd have some serious curl, though.

It's also easy to just use the parts as you did and comb the section up cymetrcal. Cut across. Once the hair drops the weight comes off and its automatically textured. I'm a hairdresser for 50 yrs. This is how I teach my clients for trimming in-between haircuts.

Christina Ricci has a 'fivehead' and needs bangs but she cuts hers straight across and it looks too heavy. Another fivehead is Chyna Phillips who doesn't have bangs, at least I haven't watched her channel for a while so am not sure. Her hair is very thin like mine and she looks bald. I noticed these two because I have a fivehead myself and am always looking for ideas!

Oh wow. Wife here again. I commented how much I liked it before I knew you were going to style it too!! This cut looks great both ways. Before styling like for a hike or beach or even just on the couch watching a movie! Then it looked super nice after you styled & versatile because it could be dressy or casual. Very cool.
