In a Trio or full team, Balmond is not that scary. Quite cute if you ask me. In solo queue tho, it will take alot to bring him down.

Cici is kinda weak tho she very agile all she needs a damage buff and she can be meta
i kinda enjoyed using cici caz she's similar like xborg but better with the mobility xD but the damage is too depending on ult combo

And if anyone needs another tank option i suggest Atlas caz hes easier to set up but hard to master
But worth it
A scary atlas will make you use all your purify and flickers and still hook you up later anyway

Cici really good in late game because her first skill can spam like Miya. So that she can maintain her stack (mvmspeed/Spellvamp) from War Axe and Brute Force.
