arrange marriage does not mean marrying someone from family. He/ she can be from a whole diff country but your parents set you two up. You talk once or very few times only to ask important question that can effect your married life. that's it. say yes and you two married. Sometime parents put pressure marrying some random man//woman. You know about that person and maybe say yes. Still we call it arranged marriage.

I have an arranged marriage because I wanted that. It's quite annoying that this videos don't show how it actually works. I chose my own husband. There where more people who wanted to marry me but I chose the one I like. It's not like I meet him on my wedding lol. I had a meeting every Friday and whenever I felt like speaking with him I called him with my wali before I got married to him. He is absolutely amazing and I don't regret anything.

There is a difference between forced marriage and arranged marriage, arranged marriage with help of parents is true blessings.
