No matter what movie this boy is in he'll always be Pheeta and he will always smell like roses.🌹He's so charming, sweet, and so handsome. "Because she came here with me." I know many girls wish it was them. ❤ I am one of them. 😂😂

In the books Haymitch flat out says something like “the interview portion will be easy for Peeta, he’s naturally likeable”, and he dominated everyone in those portions. It helped them both in the long run

You know if it wasn’t for the kids killing each other, I’d probably think these interviews were awesome

They didn’t even have to go his far, they could have dropped the kids into a dangerous arena, assigned points for survival skills and that the best performer wins the prize, they could have even allowed killing but not mandated that only one gets to walk out

Peta may not be a physical fighter but he certainly knows how to manipulate the crowd and play the game right

One of peetas most underrated qualities is his intelligence, dude was thinking 3 moves ahead for 75% of this movie and honestly probably saved his own and Katiniss’s lives with his manipulation and charisma in this interview, he truly was playing the game perfectly

@ mark 0:48 when Peeta crosses his legs and Ceasar imitates the movie is so telling in this scene- not only does it show how Peeta's charm can undercut tension, but he inadvertently takes control of the interview without the host being aware of the change in dynamics

Virtually every interview peeta has throughout the series ends up making an immense impact on the world.

I also love how Caesar drops the act and is real for a moment with his, "Well that's bad luck".

Peeta had a crush on her from the very beginning... He watches her everyday when she goes home without her knowing it. Peeta already knew her before they were even chosen as tributes and worked as partners. Katniss never knew all of this. Katniss only knew him when they were already out there surviving the game.

Why does Katniss get so mad at him, after this? I never understood that part...
{Is she just that insecure about someone liking her?}
Other than Gale?
(Is that even really necessary?)

Peeta 1000 IQ play. He makes everyone laugh with his handsome face and good humor. The question whether he has a loved one or not will obviously follow after that. Since he can be considered a good catch. And then he creates a sob story that grabs everyone’s attention. Like, how much sponsor help did he get to blend in into the rock? That’s like a lot of different colored paint and stuff. Meanwhile other recruits get a bowl of soup at most.

Peeta: Yeah, no thanks, that's called coercing her at worst and being gold-dug even at best, you sick Capitol bastard, I can't believe you think that's a normal thing to say wth is wrong with all of you??!
