In this puzzle black is up by a bishop and a pawn. If white try to promote his pawn, black can stop it with rook to a8. But white can move the brilliant move rook to b8. Stoping black rook to move at a8, so black take it with king. White move pawn to promote a new queen and black has no way to stop the pawn promoting.
But if black don't take the rook, what has to do black king?
