How to Fix Streaks and Lines in Scans, Copies & Faxes from Printer or Copier

I have problem when print out the document only centre the word is missing

Why is this happening on a brand new printer?

Hi, I have a Canon MFP ImageRunner Advance. Recently I had my scans save as skewed or slanted images. I thought it might be the Auto Document Feeder, so I changed the rollers. That didn't help. Yesterday I discovered when I wanted to scan some important documents (50 of them)... I ignored the option of the Auto Document Feeder as my scans were slanted or skewed, and I instead used the flat bed scanner on the printer. But lo-and-behold, my scans from the flat bed scanner were skewed too! How is this possible?
