Retired from Circle Line Sightseeing Yatchs after 25 years of taking people on tours of NYC. the Met Life and Flatiron Buildings are still there. It was a nice City when Ruci Giuliani was mayor. Afte he left It all went back to the hell it was in the 1970s. Do Not Go Now!
ОтветитьAmazing, all living things and the those people at that time are all gone today 2023. And many of those buildings still stand.
ОтветитьA lot of pollution
ОтветитьExcelente.
ОтветитьCharles Chaplin entra en escena, luz camara acción.
ОтветитьA year after my father was born in Austria. That was still a golden time in Europe and the USA. Then, 4 years later, WW1 came and peace in the world was destroyed, for ever how it looks.
ОтветитьAnother delightful glimpse into the past. The speed correction and subtle colorization are truly magical. I very much appreciate all of the postings on your channel. ❤
ОтветитьTahuunn 1910 eropa sudah begini maju apalagi ssekarang...ditahun ini negeri kami indonesia masih berupa apa .hutan hutan yang masih banyak binatang buasnya😂😁
ОтветитьThe buildings are still there.... but the people are gone.
ОтветитьQua c'era voglia di vivere non tutte le minchiate di adesso troppe cose subito e senza sudare
ОтветитьIt's fascinating to think this was less than 120 years old, that's a life and a half say in terms of how long the average person would live. Think about the difference in everything you see in this video to now...the advancements are other worldy!
In 120 years from now, do you honestly see much of a difference in how we operate?
My only guess would be flying cars, other than that what else would be different?
Is this actually NYC - like Manhattan?
ОтветитьThank you so much ❤ !!
ОтветитьI've never even been to New York and live in UK, but this is just fantastic. In another 110 plus years time and people look back at us, what will they think? What went wrong.
ОтветитьNotice how the children weren't out looting and smashing stores! Notice how the human gene was fully human still, not defiled by Pfizer! Notice how the world was sane, and woman was woman, and man was man! Notice how the world had an elegance, architecture was beautiful with heart, so the fashion, so the era! The world had just awakened to cars and technology, and soon, very soon, the world would build weapons of mass destruction and engage in world wars, and after the wars, they technocrats and big pharma would corrupt politics, make politicians only loyal to them, and defile and corrupt the entire political, economic, scientific ... pillars of society and 120 years later have a bizarre, satanic, and anti human organization, named WEF declare "We no longer need humans, AI can do everything infinitely better, and we need to depopulate the earth by 98%, of course, us, the elite, not included. And until we have them gone, they shall eat bugs, they shall own nothing, they shall be crammed into 15 minute cities they cannot leave, and they shall soon die young." Dear humanity, within 120 years, the world was in shambles because corruption had infiltrated every aspect of life from the lowest to the highest places and everywhere in between, causing the end of empires and the end of the human genome and human life. Corruption is the destroyer. And corruption is only possible when the morality of the human societal fabric has decayed and no one was guarding, but everyone was complying with evil.
ОтветитьWunderschön ❤
ОтветитьQue bela época, como gostaria de está nessa época ver tudo de perto!
ОтветитьPeople were people back then some became rich wit their brilliant ideals others it was said there only rich and poor no middle class sounds like what’s going on now what a wonderful time to be alive
ОтветитьPeople forget how horrible things were back then
ОтветитьMy Great Grandpa, Angelo Zingaro, owned a bar/restaurant off of Wall Street, and one of my aunts told me the name. I can't remember it, and that's a bummer. He came through Ellis Island around 1897, at the age of 16. He worked in the coal cars on the railroad for a little while, saved his money, and bought a meat market. He was a butcher until he got tired of the cuts of meat, and one day took his meat money and bought a bar from a guy who was tired of running a bar. Along the way, he bought property in Jersey City, where he lived. He owned a whole city block. When the Depression hit, he took over the mortgages from his failed bank and held the notes until people paid them off. He also had numerous rentals and, at one time, in the 1930s/40s, rented a flat to Frank Sinatra. During Prohibition, he supplemented his income by making large quantities of wine and selling it so that people could have it at the dinner table. Back then, everybody knew to go to Angelo's. Based on this video's date, my Grandmother was due in about a year - born 1911. Three of my Great-Aunts were born. To see what they may have seen back then, and get a glimpse at their past like this, is incredible.
ОтветитьThis is the NYC I want to know
ОтветитьWhat is the title of the music them in the first and last part?
ОтветитьHow many worlds have I seen and how many dreams have I lived if I have not been here....oh city of my birth.....remember me always as I remember you....
ОтветитьBeautiful to see the inherited world. :) Full of Roman architecture :D
ОтветитьMy house that I moved out was made in 1910
ОтветитьImagine myself would time travel back to 1910. I would look around and greet people😊
ОтветитьThat same couple with their stylish hats…especially the man. Maybe the photographers friends
ОтветитьI don't know why; I feel nostalgic but still love watching this kind of video. It really captivated my soul.
ОтветитьThe city looked so grand then. Now it looks like a toilet.
ОтветитьAll these people walking around , didnt anyone work
ОтветитьWould have liked to live then...
ОтветитьIs the dude on bike still alive ??
ОтветитьMust have been such a strugglewithout liberalism. When men had penises and society knew exactly what a women was. Clean streets with amazing architecture. People being civil to each other. And people living into their 80's and 90's just fine without vaccines. What a horrible existence. Im so glad we've "progressed"
ОтветитьBack then cars were for the rich.
ОтветитьEvery person has passed but yet in one’s eyes alive
ОтветитьWow, America you are a very prosperous country. Compared to my country in 1910, Bangkok's urbanites still dressed in traditional costumes.
ОтветитьJust great! kd
ОтветитьThis entire collection of videos has given me hours of pleasure, as well as amazement. Ric88888888 thanks so much
ОтветитьWish the world could be like that today but it's not
Ответить🇨🇿 👏👏😏
An.
Just think A child say 10 yrs old in 1910 who lived into their 90's, saw an incredible technological , medical advancements, and overall transformation and evolution of the world Never before seen in such a relatively short period of time .
I can't imagine what the next 90 years will bring.
I feel sometimes it's good to look back and realize nothing much has changed. What I'm saying is people are put on this planet and do what's needed to survive. Do you think these people struggled to commute to work, worried about paying the rent, their spouse was having an affair, worried about their kids, etc... Guess i'm saying nothing much has changed and you're not living through anything people have been dealing with for thousands of years.
ОтветитьGrande América, sempre um passo na frente do mundo.!🇧🇷🇱🇷🇧🇷
ОтветитьDaqui a 100 anos vão ver nossos dias de hoje.
ОтветитьBeautiful time and totally different than most of us think. We see the wealthy , relaxing and having fun when 2 miles away life was a entirely different story. By the way, I was hoping the entire video he would loose that goofyass hat.😂
ОтветитьJust look how clean the streets were
