Thank you so much for this video! I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

If a credit card company has sold your account to a collection agency, for pennies on the dollar, would the collection agency have your original contract?

My thoughts is that they wouldn't have been given the original contract since these agencies buy bulk, as in thousands at a time, accounts from the original creditors.

Wow, so much to say and little desire to waste time stating everything regarding this video. 30 Years ago some of this worked fine not all of it though as you re-using an older green card is against the law. Since I cleaned up my credit 30 years ago during the days of "original contracts" laws when it comes to FDCPA and FCRA have changed a ton. Any mention of original contract and the 3 agencies disregard immediatley. Collection agencies are not required to have a contract from the OC or original creditor. Re using a return receipt card from another creditor by changing content is a crime. I am actually shocked you said some of this stuff in an open forum. The first half of my life I lived with 400 credit scores, 30 years ago I started cleaning up my credit and my act, and now live with 800 scores. Anybody can dothis on their own.

You look very young as in just out of the womb when I was learning credit repair, and today somehow you came accross a web site from 30 years ago and added in some millenial ilegal twists and its scary to think so many people will now try this and potentially face criminal charges. I am nbot a troll, I am just a guy who has been there and climbed out of the trenches the way your video initially described minus the illegal actions. There are other things LEGAL you did not mention like filling all disputes during holiday time to get the most dropped off possible initially. So many other things you missed but the main point is your illegal actions being put out there like this just wow.

I'm a Veteran, Had a Stroke in 2019, Paid the car flawlessly for three plus years, Voluntarily surrendered the car, with the account Up to date. (Not late One day). After Carmax sold the Car in Auction, got a huge amount for it, still they billed me with $580.00 Fees (that I saw months later, ( still in treatment for the Stroke).....They still blemished my Credit Report.....(cause of the $580.00 FEES.)

Lol, when I think about what the HJR 192 states, that it's against public policy to require a payment in gold or a particular kind of coin or currency in any amount of money of the United States, I would feel just fine using that last technique in the event the Creditor or Collection Agency happens to responds. 🙂

This is Mail Fraud.

The actions taken during the pennysaver example is mail fraud. Do not do not manipulate documents provided by the United States Postal Service. They do keep records and they do act on them. Actions like this DO get people put in federal prison.

On top of this, it's credit fraud.

Love it. They are so shady I love hearing when normies work the rigged system.

Sound a lot like you simply sent fraudulent paperwork to a credit agency. No as legal as you claim.

I pretty sure your pennysaver procedure is mail fraud, mail fraud is a felony.

Why even give these companies 30 days to respond, if they can come back later and just re-add

I hired an attorney, and got several items off my credit reports. Waiting the 30 days. The information fell off, but several months later the same credit companies added them back on my credit reports!

A stack of statements is not evidence of a contract or verification of an alleged debt. I would send the mailing back, noting that what they sent was not responsive to your request.
