when adding the strobe effect how do you bring up that time line thing where you mark when to end effect and when to start cause i want the strobe effect to last only for a few duration not the complete clip

for the last one and I right click to go to after effects it won't allow me to click it for the scribbles

Hey Justin, nice videos and good instructions. Thanks. I'm having problem making the strobe faster than one second. Whenever I configure it to 0.10, it wont show nothing. Nothing going. Only when longer than 1 second I can see it working. Any idea why?
