Does this remove FRP lock?

Sir what I'm going to do if still not working but I follow the procedure.

But what can I do? The phone was gifted to Me by a friend I no longer talk too and still ask for the old pass cose which I cant know, what should I do?

My phone is a old phone and it's saying use Google account previously used on this phone but I hvnt got a clue wt Google account was on here
So can't reset

thanks for this video! however i have a problem... even after doing the hard reset and choosing my language, i get two options: "draw your current pattern" (so, still asking me for a code that i don't have, basically, which is why i needed to hard reset in the first place) and "use my google account instead", which needs to be the account previously logged in, and, once again, was not mine so i can't do anything about it. what the hell? what kind of phone doesn't allow a new user even after hard resetting? i'm at loss..........
