Create a Line Number Tag to use in Isometric Title Block

Hi there I use plant 3D 2109 at work and I always struggle to get the client line number tag format into plant. How would I get e.g 100-P08-001-1001 to show on all P&ID, 3D model, ortho and isometric ? 100 being size of pipe P is pipe 08 area, 001 is line number and 1001 being pipe spec ? Any help would be appreciated thanks
