Your parents must be so proud of you because I am :) I can relate to you I'm a French baker in London I start work 11PM throughout sometime 7-8-9AM - I have the entire production kitchen and premise by myself because it's a one man job. Not easy but the good thing is, I get to develop so much skills using all equipment, recipies, books you name it :) And no-one tells me what to do, no stress and it's fun. Keep up one day you could run your own business.
